Milleteknik makes changes to the NEO series.
Description
Product change will affect NEO, 5 A and 10 A in all enclosures (FLX S, FLX M and FLX L). The products received a new version of control board for electronics. This means that the products have received a new article number and new e-number.
Functional changes
The change is mainly made to refine and clarify the product range for customers and to be able to deliver.
Refinement of alarms that appear on the unit's cabinet door, changes in electronics cause some alarms to be deleted, see the table. Attachment: pictures of panel on cabinet door.

Other changes
The panel on the front of the cabinet has received a new design, all NEOs with the new card will have the new panel. See AppendixPanels on door.

Price is unchanged, despite increased component costs.
Warranty, 2 years.
Delivery time, 3-5 working days.
Dimensions, unit retains sheet metal cabinet.
Battery capacity.
Load outputs (number and load).
Possibility of expansion with battery boxes.

Questions and answers about the product change
What happens to the rest of the NEO range?
In the second half of 2023, the other NEO units (15A and 25A) will be converted to the new control board.
Is it possible to order products with the older card after 1/3-2023?
No. Products ordered after 1/3 on outdated article numbers / e-numbers will be placed with the new article number.
It seems like a lot of alarms are missing, why?
Two alarms are missing, low battery voltage and low system voltage, which is an advanced alarm function belonging to the EN54/NOVA series. Other alarms are collected under sum-alarms.
