According to alarm classes 3-4, the NOVA FLX M/L is to be used with a break-away protection. This angle is screwed into the wall and the sabotage connector mounted in the aperture is moved to the end of the angle. The sabotage connector is then adjusted to break the nesting door.

For alarm classes 3–4, anti-removal protection must be used with the NOVA FLX M/L. This bracket is screwed to the wall, and the tamper switch mounted in the enclosure opening is moved to the end of the bracket. The tamper switch is then adjusted so that it is actuated by the enclosure door.
